Interact with the Midjourney Bot using Discord commands!
Discord commands are used to create images, change default settings, monitor user info, and perform other helpful tasks. To use a command, follow these instructions:
- Open your Discord app and go to the message box. Make sure you are in a server or channel that the Midjourney Bot has permission to access.
- Type
/
in the message box. You’ll see a list of commands pop up above. - You can keep typing the name of a command until you see it in the list. This helps narrow down the options, just like a search field.
- Once you spot the command you want in the list, click it. It will show up in your message box with the Midjourney logo.
- Press Enter or Send to execute the command.
If you’re having trouble seeing any Midjourney commands, there might be a few things you can do to fix it. First, check if you're in a server or channel where the Midjourney Bot has access. If you’re on a private server, you’ll need to add the bot to your server first.
Still not seeing the commands? Try these steps:
• Update Discord: Make sure your Discord app is fully updated for both desktop and mobile. If issues continue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
• Check Discord Settings: Click on the gear icon in Discord to open your Discord user settings. Go to the Accessibility tab and ensure the "Use the legacy chat input" option is turned off.
