When will I receive my magazine issues?
Midjourney Magazine ships monthly, towards the end of each month. When you subscribe, your first issue will be the one that ships near the end of the following month. For example, if you subscribe in June, your first issue will be shipped at the end of July. Shipping times can vary from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on your location.

How do magazine subscriptions ship?
To keep costs low, magazine issues ship without tracking, using slower shipping methods. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery after shipping. Magazines for North America, South America, Australia, and parts of Asia are shipped from Canada, while deliveries to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and other parts of Asia ship from the UK.
How can I change my shipping address?
To update your shipping address, enter your billing email into the magazine subscription portal and follow the link sent to your email. You must make changes by the last day of each month for them to apply to the next month's issue shipment. If you encounter any issues with the portal, such as being redirected to your Midjourney image generation subscription, contact billing support for assistance.
How can I view and manage my magazine subscription?
Your magazine subscription is separate from your image generation subscription. Manage it by entering your billing email in the magazine subscription portal and using the access link sent to your inbox. For issues accessing the portal, contact billing support for help.
How do I cancel my magazine subscription?
To cancel, enter your billing email in the subscription portal, and use the link to access your account. Click "Cancel Plan" to stop future issues. Any issues you’ve already paid for will still be sent. If issues arise during this process, reach out to billing support.
Can I order multiple copies of the magazine?
You can subscribe up to four times to receive extra copies of each issue. For past issues, visit mag.midjourney.com, but note that stock may be limited.
Can I get copies of Midjourney Magazine for my group?
We reserve copies for schools, stores, and community groups monthly. To apply for our distribution list, please fill out this form. Please be aware that you may be responsible for customs/duties/import fees and brokerage fees payable to the shipping carrier prior to delivery.
Is there a digital version of the magazine?
No digital version is available. The magazine celebrates community creativity through print, offering a pause from screen time to enjoy art at a different pace.
How are images chosen? Can I submit an image for the magazine?
We compile the top-rated community images on Midjourney, shortlist a few hundred, and publish select ones based on criteria such as clarity, originality, and composition. Direct submissions are not accepted.
What if I don't receive my magazine, or it arrives damaged?
If your magazine hasn’t arrived within 6 weeks post-shipping, contact billing support. Remember, issues ship at the end of the month following your payment and may take 1 to 6 additional weeks for delivery.
We do our best to protect the magazines by having them wrapped in plastic for shipping, but unfortunately damage can sometimes still happen.
