If you haven’t received multiple receipts by email, it’s likely you haven’t been charged more than once. Often, failed payments show up as pending authorizations on your card for several days, which might also trigger payment alerts. If you've only gotten one email receipt, the extra transactions you're seeing are probably pending authorizations that will vanish automatically within a few days.

To help us resolve the issue swiftly, include the invoice or receipt number from each receipt you’ve received. You can find these numbers in the subject line of your receipt emails or near the top left corner of the PDF versions of your receipts or invoices. Invoice numbers look like ABC1DEF2-0001, and receipt numbers like 1234-5678-9012.
