If you didn’t get more than one email receipt, you were likely not charged more than once. Failed payments can show up as pending holds on your card and may trigger alerts. These pending holds usually clear on their own within a few days.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the invoice or receipt number from each receipt. You can find these numbers in the subject line of your receipt emails or near the top left corner of the PDF versions of your receipts or invoices. Invoice numbers look like ABC1DEF2-0001, and receipt numbers like 1234-5678-9012.
