Add the Midjourney Bot to your own Discord Server!
If you want to create images with Midjourney in your own private Discord server, you can add the Midjourney Bot as a member. This lets you use commands just like you do in the main Midjourney Discord server or in direct messages. Having the bot in your private server lets you organize your images into different threads and even invite other Midjourney subscribers to join you for collaborative creativity.
Important: Each person in your private server needs their own Midjourney subscription to use the bot. Also, the images you create still need to follow Midjourney's Community Guidelines.
Keep in mind that even on a private server, your images are still visible to others on midjourney.com unless you use Stealth Mode to keep them unpublished.

Bot Management
If you'd like to prevent the Midjourney Bot from being used in certain channels, you can do this easily.
- Go to the channel you want to edit, click on "Edit Channel."
- Head over to the "Permissions" tab and click "Advanced Permissions."
- Under "Roles/Members", select "@everyone."
- Under "Apps Permissions" click the red X next to "Use Application Commands."
This stops anyone from using the bot's commands in that channel.
For more specific control, you can set permissions for the bot itself:
- Navigate to "Settings" in your server.
- Click on "Integrations."
- Under "Bots and Apps" click the Midjourney Bot.
From there, you can set slash command permissions for specific roles and channels, giving you the flexibility to decide precisely who can use the bot and where.
